I had to pay for a music manuscript reproduction in advance. The library in Germany didn't accept credit cards. So, I had to "wire" them. My bank charged me 45.00 in fees and it took the money nearly 10 days to get there. And I was in a BIG HURRY ;) It was insane. The next time I ordered something, I purchased a .50 cent money order and saved my money.
