In Belgium, a 24-year old candidate for Senator promised to give a special reward to the first 40000 men who would vote for her - a (blow)job!

On her website, the Belgian newbie politician promised to make oral sex with those men who vote for her Protest Party NEE ("No"). She made a calculation that she would have to give head to 80 men per day in a period of 500 days.
