As I've said elsewhere, the media only want sensations that are easy to sell, yet temporarily digestible. They raise tv ratings and sell more newspaper copies, and tend to be forgotten in less than 3 days. That's what all the media frenzy is about. And all candidates ought to comply, otherwise they'll repeat Ron Paul's fate (and Rudy Giuliani's).
