Yes this is so familiar! I remember Charlotte's first haircut. She was moving so much I am amazed we did not make her a Sinead O'Connor haircut! =)

I'm assuming the payoff came after the haircut. Although, the mental images I'm getting of trying to give a haircut to a kid on a sugar high are making me giggle.
