Who's the bigger loo-ser?

This is hysterical or pathetically sad. Two ruling political parties bickering over who built incomplete loos first. Where in the world would you get this? Even countries that have a lot of political bickering have better things to do than to try get political points over incomplete loos. Does it really matter who was the incomplete loos-er first or who is the better loos-er? Mud-slinging over loos.....

There's also a guy whose first name is Justice, another is Innocent, there's one called Surprise and even one MacBeth.
