Funny, how interest turns the tide. So what tools were used to make the pro-resolution guys change their mind? Any guess is very welcome.

Wow, so well said! I love diplomatic language. Sounds like the Reconciliation here in SA. Only that the institution dealing with it is called The Truth And Reconciliation Commission (TLC).

By the way, were the things which the Anglos did to the Boers a genocide or not?
