A dirty trick? Its an old trick used by nearly everyone. Coincidence? Mmmaybe the guy just wanted to hear what the other side would tell him and possibly choose a Rep candidate ;) CNN (and all media, to that matter) know exactly what they're doing, believe me.
As for Question 19, its VERY relevant - it could turn out to define ab't 50% of all votes in the regular presidential election (+/- a few thousand votes).
