Betrayal of Cossacks

Yesterday was the 51st anniversary since The Betrayal of Cossacks
and the subsequent Operation Keelhaul.
As we see from the examples of history,
1) history is written by the winners; all the other nuances are usually drowned into oblivion; and
2) nothing is so simple as to call it just black or white, good or bad - one's happiness is someone else's tragedy.

What happened there was one of the ugliest acts in history, and sadly too few people acknowledge this nowadays.
